Rooted in the idea of Dine · Wine · Share, TABLES 157 offers a modern urban bistro experience with a warm, tactile atmosphere. The space blends dark industrial elements with subtle colonial influences, celebrating patina, texture, and materials that age gracefully. Soft lighting, stained metals, and natural finishes create an intimate setting that comes alive in the evening, when wine glasses glow and conversations flow easily under a gentle haze.

An Innovative Concept from Chef Hồng

Flavors are inspired by modern Mediterranean cuisine with Euro and Asian influences, interpreted through a contemporary lens. Expect ingredients such as charcoal-grilled vegetables, embers-kissed proteins, burnt lemon, confit garlic, fermented chili oil, and slow-built sauces.
